Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction labor or helper experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work safely and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare construction site by removing debris and hazards.
• Lubricate and clean machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Load or unload materials to be used during construction.
• Erect and disassemble temporary structures.
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact earth.
• Operate power tools and hand tools.
• Assist skilled trades such as electricians and carpenters.
• Perform tasks efficiently and safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
