Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant construction experience with proven tools knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Proficient use of common construction hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with wood, concrete, and other materials formwork.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials per plans.
• Build, set, and remove concrete forms; place concrete for structures.
• Assist installation of anchors, bolts, and reinforcing components for roadways.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
• Assist with concrete pouring and finishing processes.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with codes.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
