Clear Destination Inc. in Jacksonville seeks an Equipment Compliance Coordinator to ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance for our driver network.
You will review documentation, enforce regulations, and guide owner-operators through regulatory processes to keep equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with BCOs (Owner Operators) and support inspections, maintenance reports, and DOT-related testing while communicating clearly to drivers and internal teams.
Location: Onsite in Jacksonville
Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off 5am - 5pm (option to work remote on Saturday, Sunday and Landstar recognized holidays)
Salary: $17.75 - $22.00 based on experience

As Equipment Compliance Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our network of independent Owner Operator drivers (internally referred to as Business Capacity Owners or BCO's) to ensure all equipment meets federal, state, and local regulations related to DOT and FMCSA —as well as Landstar’s high standards. You’ll be responsible for reviewing documentation, enforcing compliance requirements, and guiding owner-operators through regulatory processes to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
