Job summary

U-Haul International is seeking a diligent team member to support the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. You will follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations and work to recover compensation from responsible parties, coordinating with customers, field locations, DMVs and the POS system for favorable outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a 25-30 hour work week.

Qualifications

• Good attendance record.
• Previous call center/phone-based work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills.

U-Haul International is seeking hardworking, energetic team players to join the Equipment Citations department in downtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow up on tolls, parking and fine citations.
• Locate and seek compensation from responsible parties.
• Work with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to ensure favorable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Good attendance record.
• Previous call center/phone-based work experience.

• Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

25-30 hours/week between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday, and 6am-4:30pm on Saturday.
