Job summary

ITMC Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to develop equipment BOMs and establish robust equipment-to-material linkages for industrial assets.

You will analyze P&IDs, OEM manuals, drawings, and vendor documents to ensure data accuracy and traceability. Collaboration with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, and client teams is essential to resolve data gaps and ensure compliant BOM structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of SAP PM/MM, equipment BOM, spare-parts, material master, or maintenance data experience.
• Hands-on experience developing equipment BOMs and equipment-to-material linkages for industrial assets.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, equipment drawings, parts catalogs, datasheets, and vendor documents.
• Experience analyzing existing CMMS BOM structures and identifying gaps, duplicates, obsolete records, and incorrect linkages.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment BOMs and establish equipment-to-material linkages.
• Analyze P&IDs, drawings, datasheets, parts catalogs, and vendor documents.
• Identify spare parts, manufacturer names, model numbers, quantities, and units of measure.
• Validate material descriptions, specifications, manufacturer references, interchangeability, substitutions, and duplicate material risk.
• Support material master enrichment and catalog gap identification.
• Prepare BOM load templates and cross-reference logs.
