Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data, bridging engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing. The role emphasizes data integrity, ECO implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain and have 5+ years of BOM management experience, with strong ERP/MRP and PLM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain.
• 5+ years experience in BOM management or related fields.
• Strong ERP/MRP and PLM software experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with excellent cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain detailed BOMs for new and existing products.
• Part Creation & System Maintenance: Load, manage, and maintain components in ERP.
• Engineering Change Management: Implement ECOs and revisions to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Data Integrity: Oversee BOM data within ERP to ensure consistency across departments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Cost & Inventory Control: Support cost calculations and assist with Excess & Obsolete inventory processes.
