Job summary

Air Fayre Ca Inc. is hiring an Equipment Assembly Supervisor in Gardena, CA to lead a 10-12 person team and ensure on-time, safe production of equipment for inflight catering. You will drive adherence to SOPs, food safety standards and continuous process improvements.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, coaching and developing staff, with focus on safety, quality and meeting production targets. Occasional weekend/nights may be required; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly line environments.
• Ability to support SOPs and safety initiatives.
• Proven coaching and development of staff to improve performance.
• Knowledge of FIFO, food safety, production planning and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff of 10-12 in equipment production, ensure standard work and timely tasks.
• Verify readiness and maintain safety, conduct shift briefings and audits.
• Adjust to irregular operations, reassign tasks, and monitor overtime needs.
• Promote team morale, train hourly staff in standard work and process improvements.
