Job summary

Solenis LLC in Wisconsin seeks a hands-on assembler to assemble, test, package and ship USC equipment, ensuring quality and safe handling.

You will use hand tools and drills, maintain SAP data, and work with voltages from 24V to 220V while supporting internal and external customers. The role includes lifting 30–50 lbs and opportunities for growth; Solenis offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for production and inventory tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble systems and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and a drill press.
• Package and ship orders accurately, including offshore documentation.
• Perform final inspections to confirm proper operation and completeness.
• Maintain SAP data: receive orders, process production orders, maintain BOMs/routings, and ship products.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; support cycle counts and inventories.
• Work with electrical voltages from 24 V to 220 V safely.
• Answer phones professionally and support internal/external customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality and production goals.
