Job summary

Solenis is seeking a warehouse associate in Irving, TX to prepare loads for shipment and load trucks. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, perform inventory checks, and coordinate with Transportation and other departments.

The role requires accuracy, multitasking, and a willingness to work overtime. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with SAP/ERP systems, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

MAIN JOB FUNCTION: Preparing and Loading trucks for shipment

JOB DUTIES

• Prepare various loads to be shipped
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as necessary - Freight check shipments
• Inventory and cycle count
• Must be able to work with computer in all aspects of inventory, order processing system, e-mail, other computer related functions and typing
• Able and willing to work in any area of the department
• Communicate with Transportation and other Departments
• Other warehouse activities as management deems necessary
• Must be VERY Detail Oriented and Accurate

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• 2. SAP, RF Scan Guns, ERP software experience. Heavy Lifting Required: Handle drums up to 400lbs. and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 4. Ability to handle ever changing, multiple priorities.
• 5. Team Player
• 6. Ability to Work Overtime When Required (Especially Fridays)
• 7. High School Diploma/GED
• 8. Willingness to work overtime

The expected compensation range for this position is between $34,740.00 and $50,952.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
