This role is responsible for delivering advanced technical support across the organization, including troubleshooting server, hardware, software, networking, and phone system issues for more than 850 users. The position installs and implements new technologies, manages and prioritizes MIS service requests, and ensures timely resolution of work orders in alignment with established performance standards. It requires effective collaboration with vendors, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently on complex projects. The role may participate in strategic planning, data analysis, budgeting, and policy development, and may provide consultation on major implementations or supervise staff. Work performed directly impacts system reliability, data integrity, and the continuity of operations across all departments.
