This role ensures smooth daily operations by directing requests to the appropriate departments, maintaining accurate message handling, and supporting Building 29 teams with tasks such as copying, sorting, and collating materials. The Receptionist also helps applicants and staff complete required forms and coordinates lunch breaks and time‑off schedules with other administrative staff to maintain consistent coverage.
