Boeing is seeking candidates for a contract position that supports the evaluation of program and project requirements related to production systems. Responsibilities include developing equipment and tooling designs, compiling technical data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, along with at least 2 years of experience in a production—or manufacturing environment. The role offers a pay rate ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, along with optional benefits like Medical, Dental, and 401K.
This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
Supports the evaluation of program and project requirements, develops moderately complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System. Compiles and analyzes technical data to determine the effects on product engineering design and rate estimates for equipment and tooling. Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements. Validates contractual performance milestones, maintains configuration control, conducts reviews, prepares plans for productions readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares. Conducts training for Production and Maintenance personnel. Develops and implements moderately complex work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation. Supports studies for disposition of assets.
