Job summary

GALLS Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking an eQuip Maintenance Specialist to support Uniform Programs and eQuip websites. The role involves coordinating with eQuip Management and the Sales department to manage building and ongoing maintenance of pricing files and related websites.

You will handle customer requests submitted via Website Maintenance, process tickets in KACE, troubleshoot issues, and provide back-up support across the department.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Uniform Program and eQuip data through price changes, product Additions/Removals and VAS updates to Personalization Groups.
• Respond to end user requests submitted through Website Maintenance on eQuip; typically within 1 business day.
• Work internal eQuip Maintenance tickets in KACE as directed.
• Troubleshoot eQuip Website or Uniform Program issues and escalate to Senior eQuip Specialist when needed.
• Serve as back-up for other departmental personnel.
• Handle miscellaneous and special projects as needed.

Job Summary

The eQuip Maintenance Specialist will work in conjunction with eQuip Management and Galls Sales department related to the building and on‑going maintenance of Uniform Programs, Pricing Files and eQuip Websites, primarily working on customer request submitted through Website Maintenance to the KACE ticket system.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct Uniform Program and eQuip maintenance and through price changes, product additions/removals and VAS updates to Personalization Groups.
• Respond to end user request submitted through Website Maintenance on eQuip; expectation is all requests are worked within 1 business day of submission.
• Work internal eQuip Maintenance tickets submitted through KACE as directed.
• Troubleshoot system issue of eQuip Website or Uniform Program and elevate issues to Senior eQuip Specialist as necessary.
• Serve as back‑up for other departmental personnel.
• Miscellaneous and special projects as needed.
