Job summary

You will perform analyses, report results, maintain quality control, and assist with training, inventory, and OSHA/compliance. ASCP-certified MT or MLT preferred; strong attention to detail and communication essential.

Qualifications

• MT or MLT ASCP certified.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to customer and patient data protections.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analysis of specimens across hematology, chemistry, coagulation, microbiology, and special tests.
• Support all laboratory sections including chemistry, hematology, endocrinology, Coggins, microbiology and admin functions.
• Report results per established techniques and quality controls.
• Perform daily quality control on automated equipment.
• Assist with maintenance and inventory management of lab supplies.
• Train new staff on responsibilities and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and laboratory policies and OSHA guidelines.
