Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a veterinary assistant.
• Equine experience preferred; ranch or boarding experience considered.
• Proficiency in safe animal handling and restraint for dogs, cats, and horses.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows.
• Provide safe handling and restraint for equine and small animals during procedures.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment areas for appointments and procedures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with clients clearly.
