Wrangler Seasonal in Tucson, AZ is responsible for daily horse care, saddling and tack upkeep, ensuring a safe and memorable guest experience. You will greet guests, lead rides, and assist with cattle drives while maintaining a clean stable area.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility with hours, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds when needed. Experience with horse riding/training is essential; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year equivalent experience.
• Horse riding/training/maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally.
• Stand/walk for 6-7 hours, climb stairs, reach and bend.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain roles.

Responsabilités

• Understand and live by the company and property’s vision, mission and value system; infusing it into interactions with staff and guests.
• Ensure daily horse care, saddling and tack maintenance.
• Greeting guests, taking out rides and participating in cattle drives.
• Visiting/mingling with guests when appropriate.
• Oversee and ensure the execution of basic ranch maintenance (fence work, grounds keeping, tidy appearance).
• Flexible schedule and availability (including Holidays and weekends).
• Other duties may be assigned.
