The Oklahoma Tax Commission seeks an EQ County Support Supervisor to lead the County Assessment Analysts in the Ad Valorem Division. You will evaluate performance, advise on disciplinary actions, and develop staff while supporting annual equalization studies and related audits.

The County Assessment Analyst plays a supporting role within the Ad Valorem Division with the supervision of assigned County Assessment Analysts of the Equalization/County Support Section by evaluating performance, making recommendations on disciplinary actions, providing for employee development, and approving time off . This position also collecting and analyzing data for the Annual Equalization Study and/or other performance-based audits as may be required by the State Board of Equalization and conducts research and analysis of real estate and property values, level of tax assessments, and the assisting and advising County Assessors and deputies as required.
