Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks an EPR Program Manager to oversee the implementation, communication, KPI tracking, and delivery of ongoing EPR activities from conception to completion. You will coordinate resources, project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality across the project lifecycle.

The role focuses on regulatory reporting, data accuracy, and alignment with company goals within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Direct, manage and execute EPR project development from planning through implementation.
Design, coordinate and launch new EPR programs to respond to legal requirements in the EU with data-driven decisions.
Ensure accurate packaging data and support client with timely registration and reporting to regulatory bodies of PROs.
Define goals and deliverables within project scope to support business strategy.
Provide direction to project team members and stakeholders; ensure schedules, costs and meetings align with goals.
Plan and facilitate project meetings; prepare agendas and project summaries.
Identify and mitigate risks using systems and analytics.
Plan timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines with appropriate tools.
