Job summary

Daymon Worldwide in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking an EPR Program Manager to guide the design, execution, and tracking of extended producer responsibility initiatives across our client programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver compliant, data-driven programs.

You will ensure accurate packaging data, support regulatory reporting to PROs, and maintain project plans, risks, and deliverables aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of relevant field experience.
• No travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and execute EPR project development from planning through implementation.
• Design, coordinate and launch new EPR programs to meet EU requirements using data-driven decisions.
• Ensure accurate packaging data and support reporting to PROs.
• Define goals and deliverables aligned with business strategy.
• Guide project teams, vendors and stakeholders ensuring timelines, costs and milestones.
• Plan and facilitate meetings; prepare agendas and summaries.
• Identify and mitigate risks with analytics.
• Use tools to plan timelines, tasks, milestones, deadlines.
