Circular Action Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented Program Operations Manager to support EPR program planning, regulatory compliance, and reporting in Minnesota. This remote-from-Minnesota role involves managing submissions, tracking, data analytics, and cross-team coordination to advance recycling initiatives.

You will coordinate governance reviews, onboard new staff, and prepare materials for government agencies and partners, ensuring on-time deliverables and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in an applicable field.
• 5+ years’ experience in an operations or administrative role.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Driver's License with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Support Minnesota initiatives, plans, and work groups.
• Coordinate internal meetings and cross-team initiatives for Minnesota.
• Identify and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Onboard new team members and train on systems and tools.
• Assist with regulatory meetings and coordination with CAA teams.
• Manage program plan submissions, amendments, and approvals.
• Prepare materials for meetings with government agencies and partners.
• Track KPIs and compile reports for stakeholders.
