Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking an EPR Program Manager to oversee the design and execution of Extended Producer Responsibility initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders from concept to deliverables.

You will manage data, KPI tracking, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement across programs, ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining high quality and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience in a relevant field.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and execute EPR project development from planning through implementation
• Design, coordinate and launch new EPR programs to respond to legal requirements in the EU, using hard data and evidence to drive decision-making
• Ensure accurate packaging data and support client with timely registration and reporting to regulatory bodies of PROs
• Within project scope, define goals and deliverables that support business strategy
• Provide direction and support to project team members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated and executed consistent with company goals
• Plan and facilitate project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
• Utilize systems and analytics to identify and mitigate risks
• Utilize appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines
