Job summary

Qualigence International in Mentor, Ohio is seeking an Epoxy Applicator for 1st shift in a light factory environment. This Temp/Contract, full-time role pays $18.80/hour with shift starting at 7:00am.

You'll apply epoxy around sieves, inspect work, handle parts with care, maintain a clean and safe area, and follow procedures. Training is provided and prior epoxy experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Steady hands and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Comfort working with epoxy or similar materials (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Apply epoxy carefully and precisely around sieves according to specifications.
• Inspect completed work for consistency, coverage, and quality.
• Handle materials and finished parts with care to avoid damage or defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report quality issues, material shortages, or equipment concerns to your supervisor.
• Perform other light assembly duties as assigned.
