Job summary

Monti, Inc. seeks an Epoxy Technician to flex across epoxy stations, maintaining consistent speed and accuracy to meet production standards while preserving quality. You will read prints, load parts, and manage the epoxy line to ensure correct coating thickness and defect-free results.

Qualifications

• Print reading and tape measure skills are required.
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions are needed.
• Mechanical inclination and manual dexterity are important for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and process jobs by due date and priority.
• Operate shotblast machine to prepare parts for epoxy coating.
• Identify parts by reading customer prints and match to prints with a tape measure.
• Load parts onto the epoxy line and ensure proper thickness within tolerances.
• Identify and perform rework for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Assist in quality control, testing, sampling and audits.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
