Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Molding Press Operator to safely and efficiently operate rubber molding presses, preparing molds, loading materials, and monitoring cycles to meet production schedules and customer specifications.

The role requires inspecting parts for quality, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with team members, setup technicians, and maintenance staff to minimize downtime and ensure consistent machine performance.

Qualifications

• Familiar with rubber molding presses and safe operation procedures.
• Ability to read and follow basic data input methods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic reading and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and load/unload stock and inserts.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and report defects.
• Read and follow routing work instructions.
• Document production data and labor reporting as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
