Job summary

H-J is a growing manufacturer and distributor of electrical components for power distribution, located in High Ridge, Missouri. This role prepares components for molding, runs a molding press on epoxy lines, and ensures high-quality parts through inspection and finishing activities.

The candidate will load, start, monitor, and unload molding cycles, inspect parts, and pack finished products. Overtime and multi-shift availability are included in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times daily.
• Must stand for most of shift and perform manual tasks.
• Able to operate small handheld tools and visually inspect parts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components for molding.
• Load components into the mold and start molding cycle.
• Inspect components before and after molding.
• Unloading and inspecting molded parts; de-flashing and patching as needed.
• Pack and identify finished parts; maintain quality and process records.
• All other duties as assigned.
