Job summary

Houck Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Epoxy Floor Installers to join its Commercial Industrial Department. The role involves preparing substrates, applying floor finishes, and ensuring code compliance.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and pass pre-employment drug testing and physicals to join our team. Responsibilities include grinding, mixing, sealing and applying finishes, and operating pumps, compressors and other equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience installing epoxy flooring.
• Ability to prepare substrates and surface prep.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare floor substrates for epoxy finishes.
• Apply various epoxy and floor finishes.
• Operate and tend pumps, mixers and grinding tools.
• Mix cement, grout or slurry as required and ensure proper curing.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and protect surrounding surfaces.
