We are hiring for our Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman roles. Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, integrity, a strong work ethic, and a competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Use equipment and materials properly
• Meet or exceed production targets
• Input hours timely

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete polishing, epoxy/urethane flooring, or LVT/VCT installation preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 or older
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
