Job summary

QXO is seeking a Quality Control Inspector / Machine Operator for the epoxy coating line. You will ensure product quality, perform inspections, and run the coating line while maintaining safety and documentation.

You will collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to uphold ASTM standards, track quality records, and support continuous improvement. The role emphasizes safe operation and efficient production in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related technical field preferred.
• Experience in quality control, manufacturing, or process inspection beneficial.
• Experience with ASTM/ISO quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct product testing using approved instruments and procedures.
• Verify products meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and quality concerns.
• Maintain inspection records and calibration checks.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering to implement corrective actions.
