Job summary

kW Mission Critical Engineering, a WSP USA company, is seeking an Electrical Power Monitoring Systems Engineer for our Tempe, AZ office. You will work with senior engineers to design EPMS for data centers and may expand into Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities include drawing development, specification creation, and operations sequences. The role emphasizes collaboration with multi-discipline teams, client engagement, and integration of complex control and electrical requirements into

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel to project sites.
Experience with AutoCAD or Revit (preferred).

Responsibilities

Design EPMS for data centers and related controls systems.
Support proposal design and construction stages under supervision.
Develop drawings and specifications for control products and sequences of operations.
Attend client meetings and coordinate with vendors and project team members.
Communicate complex control concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Integrate electrical and mechanical requirements into facility controls.
Perform construction administration tasks and survey existing conditions.
