Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mission Critical Project Manager to lead Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) and Building/Industrial Controls projects in complex data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in EPMS, BMS, SCADA, or controls systems.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPMS and controls project delivery from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commissioning, and client teams.
• Own the project lifecycle including kickoff, planning, design reviews, procurement, commissioning, and turnover.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress against scope, milestones, and financial targets.
• Identify and document change orders; manage scope deviations with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and reports for transparency and alignment.
• Maintain communication and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with project requirements.
• Support commissioning and testing activities with CSI and QA/QC teams.
• Participate in site walks, design reviews, and factory/systems acceptance testing.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned.
• Maintain complete project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and financial reports.
