Job summary

EY is looking for a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management within its Tech Consulting practice. You will bridge complex business problems with innovative EPM solutions, guiding architecture decisions and delivering forecasting, planning, budgeting, consolidations, and analytics improvements for clients.

You will lead project teams, drive strategic business development, and ensure high-quality delivery while navigating a broad portfolio of EY advisory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years relevant experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience in complex consultative services in EPM domains
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion, OneStream)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
• Experience in solution/architecture design and guiding client transformations

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams for EY Finance solutions across clients
• Drive business development on strategic accounts and maintain client relationships
• Oversee delivery quality and risk management across engagements
