EY is hiring a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead finance solutions delivery across client projects. You will bridge business needs with IT architecture, guiding teams through forecasting, planning, consolidation and reporting transformations.

This role emphasizes collaboration, risk control, and strategic advisory across EY's US client portfolio. The candidate should bring deep EPM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel as needed to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years providing complex consultative services in master data management, consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions: Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, Hyperion Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
