Embark People, LLC is seeking a senior specialist in Enterprise Performance Management to lead finance transformation initiatives within a growing practice. You will design scalable EPM solutions, drive forecasting, and translate business needs into technical designs, collaborating with clients and teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes building dashboards with Pigment and Anaplan, partnering with clients, and advancing process maturity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in EPM development or 3+ years in FP&A modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Model Builder, Developing, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Experience with Pigment, Workday Adaptive, TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce, Snowflake, etc.

Your Role:

As a senior specializing in En terprise Performance Management , you will:

• Innovate and Build: Design and develop scalable, dynamic, and multidimensional solutions that elevate client business processes, boosting productivity and operational efficiency.
• Drive Financial Excellence: Support financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis with precision.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years in relevant EPM development or 3+ years in relevant FP&A modelling experience.
• Expertise: Hands-on experience with Model Builder, Developing, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Integration Skills: Experience with tools like Pigment, Workday Adaptive, TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce, Snowflake, Etc..
• Collaboration: Partner with customers to drive business process improvements and implement proactive solutions.
