Job summary

Ernst & Young is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor teams and drive client value across forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in complex consulting, strong EPM tool knowledge (Anaplan, FCCS/HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, OneStream), and a track record of delivering strategic finance transformations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan (Certified Model Builder), Oracle Consolidations (FCCS/HFM), Oracle Planning (Hyperion Planning / PBCS / ePBCS), OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik).
• A strong working knowledge and point of view on evolving EPM concepts and AI capabilities.
• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successful solution/architecture design.
• Backgrounds include Controllership/FP&A, Systems Admins for EPM, long-range planning, or system implementation.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
