Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IS, CS or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience supporting Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS), Hyperion Planning, Smart View.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for EPM applications.
• Monitor system health, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Configure planning forms, dashboards, rules, and reports.
• Develop calculation scripts, automation routines, and workflow improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
