Qualifications

• Experience in epitaxial (epi) process development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with design of experiments (DOE) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with simulation tools for process characterization.

Responsibilities

• Drive Epi process and device improvements through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis and simulation.
• Work with process, integration, reliability, packaging and test engineers to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with product groups to optimize performance to meet final device parameters for market impact.
• Partner with vendors to bring improvements to SMFAB (PPH, cycle time, process stability, uptime).
