SCU Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the Episys core, ensuring nightly cycles run cleanly and tools are built for teams. You will turn business needs into working solutions via PowerOn, SQL, and API work in an Agile SDLC.

The role focuses on operating Episys reliably, building reports, and collaborating with business units to design new processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of banking or credit union operations experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on configuration with at least one major core banking system.
• Advanced SQL for querying large datasets and auditing logs.
• Solid SDLC knowledge in core banking or payment processing architecture.

Responsibilities

• Keep Symitar Episys running efficiently and securely.
• Run day-to-day Episys operations and administration.
• Review and strengthen the Goodnight production cycle using SMA OpCon.
• Maintain and schedule end-of-day/month batch jobs to minimize downtime.
• Review, test, and roll out Episys and vendor releases and decide on enhancements.
