Rize Credit Union is seeking a senior Core Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team and shape the future of our Jack Henry Symitar Episys environment. You will blend hands-on development with platform administration, automation, and technical leadership to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable core systems.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of combined experience in application development and core or enterprise systems administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years of PowerOn development experience within the Jack Henry Symitar Episys platform.
• Experience administering core systems in a vendor-hosted environment; Jack Henry EASE desirable.
• Demonstrated experience leading releases, upgrades, automation, and production support.
• Strong documentation, change management, security, and regulatory knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Certifications in Jack Henry Symitar development or administration are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Symitar PowerOn programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Lead RPA initiatives and collaborate with vendors to improve efficiency.
• Develop data extracts, integrations, and SQL queries for reporting.
• Review code and establish development standards for quality and maintainability.
• Administer and optimize the Symitar core platform in the Jack Henry EASE hosted environment.
• Oversee configurations, schedules, period-end activities, and troubleshooting.
• Manage core databases, integrations, and Jack Henry applications.
• Monitor performance, investigate complex issues, and coordinate resolutions.
