Responsibilities

• Coordinate all care necessary for patient preparation and admission to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).
• Maintain EPIC in-basket and MyPennMedicine for timely responses.
• Prepare and present operational and financial results to service providers and leadership.
• Lead weekly meetings to discuss strategy and growth of each program and provide retrospective reviews.
• Obtain and verify prior authorizations and ensure accurate fee collection before visits.
