Job summary

Access Community Health Network is seeking a Program Manager in Epidemiology & Analysis to lead a portfolio of research and evaluation studies and data processes. You will collaborate with the Research & Evaluation team to support organizational strategies, BI, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include developing data collection tools, ensuring data quality, performing analyses, and producing reports and dashboards for internal teams and external funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience in program evaluation, research, or healthcare.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Minimum three years’ experience in SPSS or R coding.
• Minimum three years’ experience working with data visualization in Power BI or other software.
• Minimum three years’ experience working with electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Familiarity with database applications such as CareWare, SPARS and REDCap
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
• Experience with human subjects’ research and information sharing, including PHI and HIPAA compliance required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate research and evaluation projects with ethical compliance.
• Develop data collection instruments and monitor data quality.
• Conduct literature reviews to justify methods for answering research questions.
• Collaborate to produce data, analyses, visualizations, and dashboards for reports and presentations.
• Improve data management processes through workflow optimization and data quality checks.
• Document data processes with dictionaries and codebooks; ensure scripts are documented.
• Prepare and deliver data reports for internal use and for funders.
• Manage data using Excel, REDCap, R, SPSS, SAS, or other software; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate Epic EHR data acquisition and reporting with IS staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
