Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Program Manager, Epidemiology & Analysis to oversee a portfolio of research and evaluation studies, data processes, and BI reporting. You will collaborate with researchers and analysts to support data-driven decision-making and organizational priorities.

You will design and manage data collection instruments, coordinate across teams, and ensure data quality, ethics, and HIPAA compliance while leveraging tools like REDCap, Qualtrics, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of related experience in program evaluation, academic or clinical research, or healthcare.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Minimum three years’ experience in SPSS or R coding/programming.
• Minimum three years’ experience working with data visualization in Power BI or other software.
• Minimum three years’ experience working with electronic health records (Epic preferred).
• Familiarity with database applications such as CareWare, SPARS and REDCap.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
• Experience with human subjects’ research and PHI/HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency in REDCap or other data collection software.
• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage research and data-focused evaluation project planning, development, timelines, and implementation, including adherence to ethical and compliance guidelines, in collaboration with other researchers, evaluators, and analysts.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments and their supports, including surveys, interview guides, and data management tools.
• Conduct literature reviews to justify appropriate methods to answer research and evaluation questions and identify underlying assumptions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary members to produce data, analysis, visualizations, and contextualization for progress reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Establish, optimize, and identify opportunities to improve data management and data processes via workflow review, data quality checks, and error troubleshooting.
• Maintain and improve data process documentation, including data dictionaries and codebooks; ensure scripts are documented.
• Produce and delegate project-specific data and reporting for internal use and external funders; submit accurate data reports.
• Manage data using Excel, REDCap, R & RStudio, SPSS, SAS, or other software with data validation and cleaning.
• Manage Epic electronic health record data acquisition; collaborate with IS staff to develop reports and datasets from Epic and perform chart reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
