Job summary

Adastra seeks an experienced Epicor Kinetic Manager to lead the Cloud implementation and serve as the internal technical resource for the platform. This role collaborates with IT, operations, the project team, and consultants to manage data, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and system improvements through go-live and beyond.

The ideal candidate will own data migration, develop BAQs and dashboards, troubleshoot Epicor issues, and ensure data integrity across ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic/ERP experience.
• Experience supporting or participating in an Epicor implementation.
• Strong experience with DMT/data migration and data cleanup.
• Strong reporting and BAQ/dashboard experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Epicor technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Epicor Kinetic Cloud implementation through go-live and stabilization.
• Own DMT/data migration, including data cleanup and validation.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, reports, and light customizations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide day-to-day Epicor support.
• Support APIs and integrations with ecommerce and other business systems.
• Partner with implementation consultants to translate business needs into practical Kinetic solutions.
• Ensure data integrity across the ERP and connected systems.
• Provide ongoing reporting, technical support, and system optimization after go-live.
• Document processes and support internal users.

Location: Chicagoland Area, IL Hybrid, 3–4 days onsite

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 DOE + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Manager to support an active Kinetic Cloud implementation and become the internal technical resource for the platform.

You’ll work closely with IT, operations, the project team, and implementation consultants to manage data, reporting, integrations, troubleshooting, and system improvements through go-live and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Epicor Kinetic Cloud implementation through go-live and stabilization
• Own DMT/data migration, including data cleanup and validation
• Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, reports, and light customizations
