Job summary

Cretex is seeking an entry-level Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst / Support Associate to bridge our business operations and ERP ecosystem. You will support and optimize the Epicor Kinetic ERP to improve efficiency, triage tickets, document resolutions, and help automate support with AI-driven workflows.

Under mentorship, you'll gather requirements with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance, troubleshoot processes, and contribute to knowledge base updates while developing skills in ERP analysis

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT, business analysis, or systems-support experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled support and automation tools.
• Strong problem solving and ability to diagnose technical issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn Epicor Kinetic ERP and related workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for end-user ERP support and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to capture business requirements.
• Assist in analyzing processes and improving data accuracy within the ERP ecosystem.
• Triage tickets, categorize, and document resolutions.
• Contribute to AI-driven support by updating documentation and reviewing AI responses.
• Support model training and automation workflow tests.
