Job summary

The Griff Network is seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst to optimize Epicor Kinetic across manufacturing operations. You will partner with Operations, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to standardize workflows and reduce spreadsheet reliance.

This hybrid role involves configuring Epicor modules, leading data migrations, and building dashboards to support reliable decision‑making. Offers 90‑day hybrid/remote options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years with Epicor Kinetic or Epicor 10.
• Hands-on Epicor DMT for imports/exports, data cleanup; BPMs, dashboards, reporting.
• Solid understanding of job costing, scheduling, inventory, BOMs, routings, shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Audit Epicor Kinetic modules to improve system use and processes.
• Implement manufacturing best practices across Production, Job Management, Inventory, DMR, Quality, and Scheduling.
• Replace spreadsheets with standardized Epicor workflows.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Warehouse, and Finance to standardize ERP processes.
• Lead data cleanup and migration using Epicor DMT for Parts, BOMs, Jobs, Customers, Inventory.
• Build dashboards and reports to support operations and leadership decision‑making.
• Document processes and train end users on workflows.
• Develop an IT roadmap to support growth and digital transformation.
