Job summary

Cre8tive Technology & Design seeks a Financial Consultant to drive Epicor Kinetic ERP implementations and optimize financial processes across GL, AP, and AR. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to organize tasks, lead project team members, and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.

This role requires 3+ years in ERP implementation, strong GAAP knowledge, and willingness to travel 30–50%. Home-based work is possible when not on site with customers, with full benefits and a 4%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, IS, Finance or related.
• 3+ years consulting or ERP implementation experience.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
• Travel 30–50% for customer engagements.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP.

Cre8tive Technology & Design is seeking a Financial Consultant to drive the implementation of best practice processes using Epicor Kinetic software. As a Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our Professional Services team. Your responsibilities will include implementing optimized financial processes across various domains like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables. You will Collaborate with your Cre8tive Project Manager to organize tasks, lead project team members, and ensure quality deliverables. Your proven experience in consulting engagements and implementing tasks will contribute to the success of our projects.

To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Financial or related) or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP
• Experience developing/implementing business processes in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, 30-50% for customer engagements.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and personal development.
