Job summary

UEI Group Services is seeking an Epicor ERP Specialist to maximize the Epicor ERP system on-site. The role reports to the IT Director and works with Sr. ERP Specialist, engaging with Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production to gather requirements, test, and train users.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ERP support experience, plus SQL expertise and familiarity with ERP security, reporting, and customization. On-site role with monthly reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting ERP applications.
• Experience in ERP security, permissions and user configurations.
• Experience configuring and customizing ERP to company needs.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL: SQL Queries, T-SQL, Stored procedures, Report Builder, SSRS.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL DB administration is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft C#, JSON and REST is a plus.
• Crystal Reports experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to maximize the Epicor ERP system.
• Interact with Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production to gather requirements, participate in testing and training.
• Provide Tier 1 ERP user configuration and support.
• Produce adhoc and monthly ERP reporting.
