Job summary

UEI Group Services, Inc. is seeking an Epicor ERP Specialist to partner with operations and maximize the ERP system on-site in Overland Park, Kansas. The role involves collaboration with Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production to gather requirements and support ERP operations.

The successful candidate will provide Tier 1 ERP support, assist in testing and training, and contribute to monthly reporting. Reports to the IT Director and works with the Sr. ERP Specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, training, installing, upgrading the ERP system.
• Experience in the ERP system establishing permissions, security and other user configurations.
• Experience in the ERP system configuring and customizing for the specific needs of the company.

Responsibilities

• Interact with departments to gather requirements, participate in testing and training.
• Provide Tier 1 ERP user configuration and support.
• Produce adhoc and monthly ERP reports.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related degree
