Job summary

Index InfoTech in Houston, TX, is seeking a seasoned Professional Services - Kinetic Project Manager to lead Epicor ERP implementations from planning through delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, run steering committee and status calls, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to the Epicor methodology.

Requirements include 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in PM, PMP preferred; Epicor ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 5+ years of project management and industry experience preferred.
• PMP Certification or any similar certification is preferred.
• Epicor implementation experience is a plus but any other ERP implementation Project Management experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program or project management from inception to project closure.
• Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Change Requests, Project Lists) and use them to execute activities.
• Maintain control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope.

The Professional Services - Kinetic Project Manager is responsible for managing Epicor ERP Implementation in planning, organizing, managing and delivering client projects effectively & Successfully.

Duties & Responsibilities

• End-to-end program or project management where the PM is responsible for coordinating and monitoring activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to Project closure.
  
• Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists); and use these deliverables to execute all project activities.
  
• Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
  
• Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
  
• Conduct Steering committee meetings, internal team meetings and weekly customer status calls and respond to client requests/questions promptly, escalating issues and recommending solutions.
  
• Interact with members of cross-functional teams. Responsible for handling medium-sized projects and large-size complex projects.
  
• Strictly adhere to Epicor implementation methodology.
  
• Escalating project issues to the senior management when needed.
