Ladies Talk Cyber is seeking an ERP Operational Process Specialist with an engineering and manufacturing background to apply Epicor ERP to development and manufacturing of firearms, driving workflow improvements and best-practice ERP usage.

The role focuses on analyzing processes, aligning ERP functionality with operational needs, and enhancing data integrity, reporting, and analytics across engineering and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience deploying ERP across manufacturing departments.
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled manufacturing processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into ERP functionality.
• Experience with ERP reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to grow with evolving ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Align ERP functionality with operational needs in engineering and manufacturing.
• Update workflows, routings, BOMs, and product configurations.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting, and analytics for decisions.
• Provide end-user training and IT collaboration for ERP adoption.
• Test and validate ERP changes for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate on upgrades and new modules affecting engineering and manufacturing.
• Liaise between manufacturing teams and ERP vendor for ERP deliverables.
• Work enterprise-wide to align ERP with organizational goals.
