Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with inventory and financial ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Epicor ERP processes with a focus on financial modules.
• Create reports, extract data and provide root cause analysis of variances.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal and external support partners.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and enhancements.
• Support the IT/ERP Business Systems Manager in maintaining system stability and documentation.
• Resolve user access issues and provide prompt support to user queries.
• Provide real-time support, training, and documentation across departments for all ERP users.
• Participate in ERP-related improvement projects.
• Analyze ERP workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
